DDI Wins Two Golds and Silver in 2025 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®

PITTSBURGH, Aug. 21, 2025 - DDI, a global leadership company, and its clients won three coveted Brandon Hall Group™ awards for excellence in the Leadership Development program. This joint recognition includes two Gold awards for GE Healthcare, a leading global medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics, and digital solutions innovator, and a Silver award for AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering services and nuclear company with offices around the world. 

DDI and GE HealthCare won a Gold in the Best Leadership Development Program category for their entry, “Aspire Leadership Academy,” and a Gold in the Best Development Program for Frontline Leaders category for their entry “Empower Leadership Academy” on August 14, 2025. When GE HealthCare became an independent company, it faced a unique opportunity and challenge: To build its own leadership development function from the ground up while also establishing a distinct culture and identity. AtkinsRéalis was fresh off a series of transformative acquisitions. To thrive in its new structure, it needed to redefine its leadership culture and build a future-ready pipeline of senior leaders who could think strategically, collaborate globally, and drive change. AtkinsRéalis partnered with DDI to launch a global Senior Leadership Development Program centered around immersive simulation, coaching, and executive engagement. The outcome: 49% of participants have been promoted and lateral moves increased by 30%.

Excellence Award winners will continue to be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, February 9-12, 2026, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida. Select winners will also serve as presenters in breakout sessions, sharing their leading practices during the conference.
