DDI Announces Transfer of Mainland China Operations to New Owner
PITTSBURGH, PA (February 11, 2026) - DDI, a global leadership company, announced that it has reached an agreement to transfer ownership of its Mainland China operations to a trusted partner. The transition ensures continuity of service for DDI's multinational customers and ongoing protection of the DDI brand, which has a strong legacy in the region.
After making the strategic decision to wind down its direct investment in Mainland China, DDI undertook a careful search for a partner aligned with its commitment to customers, intellectual property, and trusted business practices. DDI's current senior leadership team in China will undertake a management buyout of the operations and continue to operate out of DDI's current Shanghai hub. The team will deliver DDI services to indigenous and multinational customers across the region.
