DDI Receives Member-Selected Awards for Outstanding Training Products and Solutions
PITTSBURGH, Oct. 7, 2026 -- DDI won two 2026 Training Magazine Network Choice Awards, earning recognition in both Leadership Development and Measurement & Assessment categories for its innovative leadership development and assessment solutions.
The Training Magazine Network Choice Awards is Training magazine’s crowd-sourced vendor awards program that recognizes outstanding training products and solutions in the learning and development industry.
In an effort to tap into this community’s expertise and share what works with all of Training’s audiences, Training invited the network’s 100,000-plus-member community to cast their votes for the training providers they believe offer the most effective tools, solutions and services for their work.

The awards were determined through an online vote conducted from April 28 to June 30, 2026, drawing some 11,692 votes from over 2,207 learning and development professionals across 296 companies. Winners were selected based on a combination of vote totals and effectiveness ratings provided by participants. As a result, the number of winners varies by category.
Together, these awards highlight DDI's ability to help organizations develop leadership capability while providing the assessment insights needed to make smarter talent decisions and accelerate leadership readiness at every level.
