Erik Duerring leads a team of executive consultants who serve as trusted advisors and coaches, working alongside clients to develop forward-thinking HR solutions based on an understanding of relevant workforce, business priorities, data, and insights. Erik’s approach leverages his experience in diverse roles, including starting up and growing DDI’s China consulting business, general management with P&L accountability, and deep technical expertise to offer leadership growth needs from both enterprise and individual leader perspectives. He brings insights from three decades of working with successful leaders, enabling executives to learn what high-performance organizations do to excel, while facilitating their evolution of unique approaches to success. His passion space is succession readiness, assessment, selection/deployment, and executive coaching in a variety of industries including technology, energy, pharmaceutical, financial services, consumer goods, manufacturing, sales, and services.
